Brother Woes

Discovered that my brother-in-law added some shit to my page without me knowing. I knew letting him use my laptop was a mistake.

His tastes are surprisingly deviant.

I never expected him to out himself in such a way.

While I got rid of it, I want to clarify it was that idiot who did it, who thought that just because I wasn't checking here a whole lot lately due to college getting into the final weeks, that he could get away with making me look weird.

Well, not the case. I will have a long talk with him.

EDIT: So we spoke and I made it very clear his odd, disgusting shit stays off my computers.

I hope no confusion occurred as a result of this.

Hello, I'd just like to say that myself and my friends at Bogleech have nothing against you personally, and that while the razzing can perhaps get a bit much, it is only because your early work has brought us a great deal of joy. It is not in any way a judgment on you as a person.

I've read some of your more recent work and I find it pretty good! The characters are much more well defined and the storyline is subtle and interesting. There is no denying that you have talent, and that your writing has improved dramatically.

As a writer myself, I can sympathize with early work not going as planned. I have written some downright terrible stories, which I still bring out from time to time to have a good laugh with friends. But I know it can be demoralizing to have your work ridiculed, and if we have injured you in this respect I do apologize.

Alright, and I am sorry if in the past I snapped or acted irrationally. I am, though, not going to respond any longer to troll messages on my account, and such messages will be deleted and the users sending such messages blocked. I just...have better things to use my time for than responding to trolls.

I thank you for those compliments, and if you wish to use my earlier works for "lulz", then go right ahead. I would just appreciate it if the troll messages to this account wall ceased.

That is understandable, and I'll suggest to the other members that the razzing should cease. I suppose it is easy enough to become discouraged with creative endeavours without the added burden of unwanted criticism and spoofs.

I have no doubt that if you continue on your path as a writer you will indeed be a commercial success at the trade some day. Then I imagine you can join us in our amusement at seeing how far you have come.

Yeah, I feel definite regret in regards to the whole thing, now that I know they expected the card to be cute and fun, too. I had just got so much negative criticism for a long time that my mind was set against all outside people on the net who took such a stance.

I am sorry if I overreacted on any level.
